From idea to clickable prototype in two weeks

The fastest way to de-risk a software project is to make it real early. Our two-week prototyping sprint turns a concept into something you can click.

The biggest risk in a software project is not bad code — it is building the wrong thing well. The cure is to make the idea tangible before you commit a full budget. That is what our prototyping sprint is for.

What happens in two weeks

  • Days 1–2 — Discovery. We pull the idea apart with you: who it is for, the one job it has to do, what “done” looks like.
  • Days 3–8 — Build. We design and assemble a clickable prototype of the core flow — real screens, real navigation, no throwaway slideware.
  • Days 9–10 — Review. You click through it, show it to stakeholders, and we capture what changes before a single line of production code is written.

Why it works

A prototype turns abstract debates into concrete decisions. “I imagined it differently” surfaces in week two, when it costs an afternoon — not in month four, when it costs a rebuild. It also makes budget conversations easy: it is far simpler to approve something you can already see and use.

What you walk away with

A clickable prototype, a sharpened scope, and a grounded estimate for the full build. If you decide not to continue, you have still lost two weeks instead of two quarters.
